I never got the chance to even put this item on because due to a glitch during the payment process an old address got pulled up so the item shipped to a commercial mail service that is no longer in that location. I immediately tried contacting Tentree to change the address before it shipped but since there was no communication option except for email I was forced to use that avenue. I didn’t hear back from them for 3 days by which time it had already shipped and the CSR that emailed me back basically said that I had no recourse. So I spent $80 on a sweater that I’ll never see. This company should have done better with their customer service!

I bought this hoodie for my husband for his birthday and he loves it. It fits as stated (he likes to wear sweaters a size up for coziness) and I wasn't sure how it would fit because you never know when you buy things online, but it was exactly as I was hoping, so really happy with that. The fabric and print are really nice quality. Love the colours on this, for sure giving "retro" vibe. Defo recommend!
